(September 17, 2021, 11:57 am)Korto was great! I ordered individual brackets to create my very own custom pergola for my back yard. When reviving the order, I was missing a few brackets. I contacted Korto, and they sent them to me right away. Mistakes happen but they fixed it. Can't ask for better customer service. I definitely recommend ordering your Pergola accessories from them. Got my own canvas type top as I did not want anything in the grey colors and I wanted something waterproof.

I would have put 5 * but a board or two hooks were introduced in my order so I do not know if I would have had trouble changing them. They were planks that went inside so not visible, not too serious but they shouldn't put eighth-notes, that's my point. I would repurchase this product anyway.

(September 16, 2021, 1:36 pm)10x10 Pergola with canopy. Really great quality materials! No issues with delivery and loved that the wood comes with the kit. Installation could have been faster if I followed instructions, but I didn't.. all worked out well.. I would definitely recommend to friends.

In addition, their customer service is very accommodating. I made a mistake in my order and as soon as I emailed them I received a call from them and they made the required adjustments on the spot. I highly recommend!
