Beautiful breads and an interesting pay-as-you-go MEETS take-it-back chocolate sales system (the box ... once chocolates are consumed ... you can pay more, for more chocolates to fill the box... 🤔). Aaaand, they opened new year's day... Why not a 5? 😏
Skip the espresso-based drinks as they use a super-automatic machine that delivers ... like the latte vending machine in a train station 👍 -

(December 5, 2021, 9:46 pm)It was a perfect little stop this afternoon for a hot chocolate and a very very delicious almond chocolatine / croissant. I also picked up a wonderful multigrain bread. I saw fancy assorted chocolates but resisted the temptation.

(November 26, 2021, 6:36 pm)Superb bakery! I ordered a croissant and 1 latte. The croissant was fresh, crispy on the outside, and soft and buttery on the inside. The latte was a great addition, and balanced the croissant perfectly.

(July 27, 2021, 5:51 pm)Don't be fooled by this bakery's location in a random, inconspicuous, easy-to-miss building a few blocks away from the main part of town. This is a REAL French bakery, with owners straight from Europe. I've had the croissants and bread, and both were amazing; fresh and made with quality ingredients. Service was friendly and fast, and the prices were very reasonable too. A must if you're looking for a bakery in Saint Sauveur.
