(April 24, 2022, 1:35 am)Regarding Mr. Hecht, he asked me for a service offer for ONE installation, but the municipality asked him for a SECOND installation on the footing or a certificate of location on the foundation because otherwise the building permit was suspended. Mr. Hecht, asked me to contact the Municipality and do the work to be able to continue its construction after erecting its foundation. Following this this gentleman did not want to pay me for the extra work he had asked me to do. I had to take steps to get him to pay the bill for this work.
