I have used island garlic, mille et une feuille and the hot sauces and they are all good. My daughter keeps asking for garlic from the islands and a thousand and one leaves

What a find! No more bland fish, tasteless soups, mediocre sandwiches ... a teaspoon of Thousand and One Leaves sauce and voila! :)

The best Caribbean / Haitian spices! Makes any meal a gourmet dish every time. Simple, varied, there is something for everyone, but the chili MeZanMi is probably a must !!!

Woowww extraordinary!
Here are some spices that should always be in our fridge. Ideal to capture meat and fish etc ... it will add much, much more taste in your soup, vegetable and salad ... you can also improve the taste and enhance the flavor of any recipe.
Personally I use green spice, sweet and strong (according to dish) garlic and chilli.
His spices are a masterpiece to discover.
