Following my comments, like the one below, the Director of the center took charge of my file and took care of redoing the treatment, although less effective at this late period of the bedbug season.

I took a contract with them for lawn bugs, because supposedly the service was guaranteed and that a second visit would be free if necessary.
- They came on August 18, a rainy day
- on August 27, I noticed that there were so many bedbugs, so I called the St-Eustache center for a second visit. The person tells me that the 10 days are not done and to call back on Monday, 31. For one day, she could very well have taken the request for a visit the next day, the 28 (10 days after the first treatment)
- Today, August 31, still having lots of bugs and as suggested by the person, I contact them again.
- This same person tells me that it is now too late, the bedbugs are surely adults and the treatment would no longer be effective, no other treatment will be done.
Where is the famous guarantee? Why not take care of the request on the 9th day, for a treatment on the 10th day? -
