I have been doing meditation for years and sometimes we don't have much time to do it because of the stress and obligations of life. What I love about this product is that it replaces meditation and it removes the stress that is accumulated in the muscles and calms the parasympathetic system. The effect of well-being that I feel with the programs during the day or when I sleep helps me so much to have balance in my life and to relax.
I had the chance to try the neurospa while on vacation with my cousin. She has health problems, a rare disease in her bones which has prevented her from sleeping for years and a lot of pain, now she can sleep and when I tried it I immediately decided to buy it! Even my 10 month old took a 3 hour nap with me! It's amazing how relaxed you are! I have a lot of anxiety and difficulty sleeping but I slept like a baby with this device!
