My story with them is not quite over, but I have been in communication with them for 2 weeks and if I could give them 6 stars I would. I bought a house with one of their systems that was HIGHLY neglected by the previous owner. I receive absolutely exceptional support and follow-up from them, especially Marc the service manager. He answers ALL my calls, gives me clear explanations and is very reassuring. I knew nothing about this field and I think that after 2 weeks, I learned so much by talking to him that I could sell them! They came to pick up my cylinders this morning to change what needs to be changed and everything was perfect. They have yet to come and port my new systems later this week and see if everything works, but unless there are huge issues they fully deserve their 5 stars.

I have a gold eagle water softener at home that I had no information about, I called and asked for help with programming. A technician helped me step by step how to make the adjustments and gave me good advice. Great service!
