Each time the communication with Tim has been excellent, I never felt lost or that I wasn't informed of the progress or status of my application. He and his team were very prompt at letting me know if I needed to fill anything out, submit anything or had forgotten something.Working with Tim, every part of the process has been effortless. I have always felt that he has looked out for me and my interest. I will continue to work with him and his team.

It is a huge weight off your mind to have Henry at your back, explaining the process clearly and reassuringly, while you deal with the endless other stresses of finding and buying a home. I could call or text Henry directly at any point in the process and he would respond promptly. He is a down to earth person who has made it his mission to get you and your family into your new home. I can't recommend them enough.
