It’s not unusual that we arrive and Alain takes out a cutting board and lets us taste his new products. It is to ensure each time that one stops its costs me minimum $ 25 of jerky (little advice if you go there and it looks good as soon as you come back jumps on the jerky pcq its part quickly) and at least 2 nets smoked trout, the 1880 is excellent its just sick peas meal. Guaranteed meat quality and service worth the detour
