(April 13, 2016, 1:57 pm)I bought my Mazda CX5 back in October 2015 from there after seeing 9 other dealers in Laval (different brands) and all 9 they bring my trust in cars dealers below zero. However, I was really surprised with the sales representatives service and end up buying my car.
Living in Laval it was hard for me to go for the first oil change to Repentigny and I went to Mazda Laval in January. Good service, nothing to say. However, I tried to get an appointment again and everything I've got available was within minimum 1 week. Tried another Mazda dealer in Laval and same thing. I called Mazda Repentigny again as a last resort and guess what? They found a way to give me the appointment for the day I wanted. It is true that I will get just the important things done and the inside cleaning will have to wait, but they made something happen which I really appreciate.
