He is very knowledgeable and has created a thoughtful and effective program for me that has made me so much stronger. And he’s a lot of fun too—our workouts are a highlight of my week!
It's also been so helpful to get Marian help with nutrition. He makes it easy to stay consistent, make good decisions, and never feel hungry.
I feel so much stronger and more confident, and I know so much more about how the body works.
