Riviera restored my faith in responsible and responsive contractors. From the beginning of our project till the end all emails and calls were returned promptly. Every communication and expectation was honest and clear. We love the pool they installed and everything is working as promised. They were diligent and obsessed with customer satisfaction. Francis and Humberto were an absolute pleasure to work with. They delivered and installed the pool/fence/pave 2 weeks after I gave them the order. Wow….🤩 congratulations to a well run organization. Don’t use anyone else, they simply cannot do better than Riviera.

Professional, curious, timely, reasonably priced this what Piscine Riviera is and has to offer. We had a fantastic experience, the collaboration process between the Riviera team and us was a pleasure. All the stages went marvelously; sales portion, design steps, digging and paving in a nutshell seamless and rapid. Highly recommended and worth to be applauded in this current market of trust-less companies and workmanship. Our pool and paver project is true perfection!

We ask for a pvc pool in the month of October and they delivered in 1 week

We did the pool and the pavers. Humberto Santos is very resourceful, somebody you can trust, because HE CARES. He is not in the business of doing pools for the sake of numbers but to deliver an excellent result, aiming for quality and not quantity. He and his fabulous crews, he has more than one, are super polite, friendly, respectful, professional, knowledgeable, they don’t want to bamboozle you, they work hard and well. You can talk to them, they will answer and give their opinion based on decades of experience. After sales service is very good too. It’s not that you pay in full and then they disappear and stop answering calls. My main reason to go with a reputed company (and I read ALL the reviews I could find online) and even went to see another client’s pool to verify the quality of their work. They no longer have an office accessible to the public, which was suspicious for me but hey, since the pandemic, I have an office space downtown and it’s barely used. Everything can be done remotely nowadays. I strongly recommend this company. No, it’s not an inexpensive option but if you are looking for quality, delivery, after sale service, guarantee, and most important to me, an after sales service that is worth, it is money well spent because the value proposition is there. This is not a paid review (I paid them! they didn’t pay me lol). You can ask Humberto for my pool, I am truly a satisfied client. Ah not to not be truthful before I finish posting my comment, when Humberto says “I call you in 5 min”, call him back as he is busy and maybe forgot that 2 hours passed because time is relative…🤣 at the end it’s your pool, so it’s your responsibility to be on top of and do follow ups. He will respond, but as I said, he is busy, half Montreal wanted pools this summer. So here you have it, you won’t regret taking Riviera piscine et pavé as your contractor.
