From the submission to the rapid delivery of the report through the rigorous inspection of the building. Throughout the process, Mr. Mathieu quickly answered my questions, explained technical terms and sent a detailed and very clear report. In addition, Mr. Mathieu generously reviewed the entire report with my spouse and me.
His inspection was exhaustive, not hesitating to climb into the attic, to unscrew the electrical panel to check the connections, to use a humidity detection device to inspect the bathroom or even to climb on the exterior roof.
