I had automobile bad luck one weekend day on the road to Montreal from Quebec and I had left my vehicle near this garage with the intention of calling them on Sunday evening to leave them a message explaining the situation. situation.
The return was very quick: they open at 8 a.m. and at 8:15 a.m. I had a return call! They were able to order the necessary part and repair my vehicle the same day.
In addition to being fast, courteous and friendly throughout, the owner even explained to me his affiliation with Uni-Pro, which gives me a warranty on repairs and emergency services for 1 year at no cost. any garage affiliated with Uni-Pro (very practical, because I live in Quebec, 2 hours from Lavaltrie).
I consider myself very lucky in my bad luck to have come across this garage! I highly recommend! -
