Thanks to his expertise, we were able to avoid several problems that were not initially in the seller's statement. We would also like to mention his availability to clarify certain points with us during our reflection even if his inspection was completed and payment made. We recommend without hesitation! He is able to make inferences from judicious observations demonstrating expertise based on knowledge of the building code. He does an excellent job of analyzing the causes and effects of the problems he sees on structures. His explanations are clear and fair, which we appreciated.
