I was a little skeptical at the start of my posturology treatments, but he quickly showed me the facts and the results, which are sometimes instantaneous depending on the problem to be solved and other times you have to work more in depth. But in any case my condition has improved a lot and I have almost no more pain. Among other things, I can do movements that were difficult and painful for me. In short, after only 3 treatments and about 3 months of exercises adjusted according to my problems to be solved as I go along, I have already found my body in a more balanced/in order state than ever before! I really recommend it to anyone! I encourage you to give it a try and judge for yourself!

Strangely, these small daily exercises, very simple and which seem innocuous, have caused beneficial changes in me.
What a surprise to find that after 2 sessions with Andy, my recurring back pain, which I had treated by a very good osteo, is also dissipated.
