(February 11, 2022, 5:39 pm)I bought this machine at the local dealer in Milton Ontario. I got a small discount because it was display unit. I did so much research about buying a central vacuum machine replacement to the point that my head was exploding from all that information lol, then I decided on this particular brand because it is Canadian, very well-made, very reliable and it uses a very powerful American motor. I look at things mechanically, the internals and all this good stuff, so I decide to buy a particular product . The machine is very powerful, I mean really powerful, it’s quite a bit more powerful than any machine that I’ve used in the last 15 years. It’s also worth noting the machine is very quiet for what it is, it’s somewhere under 65 dB if I’m not mistaken. The local dealer had great service and very friendly people. Time will prove if I made a great decision or not !

(January 22, 2022, 7:48 pm)Called Jennifer to order a new motor and a set of brushes for my old 2008 vintage 220 v vacuum. Most helpful, and I was pleasantly surprized just how maintainable the vacuums are. Very easy job to replace one motor and re-brush the other.

(January 7, 2022, 7:55 pm)Purchased a couple of weeks ago a Gen 2 directly from Drainvac, Jessica whom is responsible for internal sales went out of her way to assist me with my purchase which I picked up directly at the plant 24 hrs after my order was placed. This is an amazing machine, extremely quiet, providing great suction (800AW) all around our fairly large house (5800 sqft). I highly recommend this product.
