(June 16, 2022, 1:30 pm)Nous avons suivi le cours de maternelle pour notre chienne Golden Retriever au printemps 2022. Précédemment, nous avions eu un chien, qui, ayant manqué de socialisation en bas âge, avait de gros problèmes d'anxiété et qui ont éventuellement compliqué notre vie à un point que nous étions très limités dans nos activités. Donc nous étions évidemment insécures et anxieux avec le développement et la socialisation de notre Golden. Kathleen a pris le temps de répondre à toutes nos (parfois trop nombreuses) questions avec politesse, courtoisie et patience, même après des cours de maternelle exigeants et en fin de soirée. Nous sommes très reconnaissants de l'aide, de l'encadrement et de l'écoute que nous avons eu. De plus, nous avons eu des appels lorsque nous avions des questions, et tous les intervenants ont été patients, polis et courtois. Je recommande fortement les services de Joëlle et de son équipe!

(April 21, 2022, 8:18 pm)Our puppy took kindergarten class. Everything was very good overall. We learned a lot of good tricks that helped us in learning it. The off course service from the speaker was excellent. She was able to answer all our questions and helped us a lot. The only thing that was negative for our pup was that there were way too many treats given during the course in addition to ours. She ate so much of it in the last class that she wasn't well the next night.
