The place was an old church converted into condos and honestly, without the help of Mr. Binette I don't know if I could have found my way there. He was able to give me a clear picture of the situation allowing me to make an informed choice on the said condo. I was impressed with how he negotiated the sale price to my advantage and got me a more than decent purchase price. In 2021 I decided to entrust him with the sale of my property and despite a more than advantageous market for sellers, I know that I got the best possible price, without worrying about visits, all the hassle of paperwork because very honestly I was really impressed by the speed and accuracy of the documents that Mrs. Champagne followed closely, HATS OFF and above all 1000 X THANK YOU!
