(February 25, 2021, 2:10 am)I went to see to repair the glasses of my mother who lives at Chsld because her frame was twisted and I asked if it was possible to fix it! At the beginning I was told impossible too risky to break them but Ms. Isabelle Guilbault who heard my request to see the glasses and with her fairy hands and her human side she managed to perform a miracle, thank you you have given my smile back to my mom! 🤓

From the reception, Carole was able to put him at ease by addressing him and complimenting him, and optometrist Émilie was just perfect, so encouraging, motivating, heartwarming. The exam was super quick, and I will be going back for his follow-ups and for myself as well. Nice discovery!
