(July 29, 2021, 7:33 pm)Friendly, efficient, professional. Needed a new windshield after large stone strike during a trip. Chose this spot as having the best reviews online, and was not disappointed. Very pleased with the service I received. Only one small blemish was they didn't clean up all the little rubber "tailings" on the dash after the install. The way I see it, this is a small price to pay for otherwise good service.

(September 20, 2020, 10:14 pm)I pride myself in picking the right service providers and wait the appropriate amount of time before giving my reviews due to the required time to properly test and use various products. In short, my review of the people at VitroPlus is that they are simply the best. Here's why:
I needed a windshield replacement as my original one finally cracked. After receiving some quotes, I decided to just pay my insurance deductible to get their designated windshield brand...it seemed totally acceptable and comparable to OEM and I did not need to spend more money, so why not? Unfortunately, the replacement windshield cracked on its own only after a few weeks and it was determined to be a faulty product from the supplier, so nothing to do with VitroPlus. However, VitroPlus stepped up and gave me a great deal on an OEM windshield, when they didn't need to as it was not their fault at all but the supplier's.
VitroPlus was understanding and compassionate to me as their customer and I appreciated their kind gesture. Throughout this whole process, every single one of the staff were totally friendly and professional, from when you first step in through their door and when speaking with their technicians. I highly recommend these guys for your windshield work. 5 out of 5 stars from me!
