    We had an intergenerational house built and we are more than satisfied with our experience. Mélissa knew how to guide us very well and Serge is an ultra-competent entrepreneur. We would dive back into this experience tomorrow morning! The location is perfect with its primary school within walking distance and the many trails in the forest.

    Very nice experience with Serge and Mélissa. We have been well advised and the after-sales service is excellent. Beautiful corner, very wooded with paths in the forest; exceptional quality of life. We love.

    Turnkey construction completed in February 2020. Deadlines respected. Good solid construction and beautiful design. Great work team. Mélissa was able to advise and reassure us. Answer to all our questions. Very nice quiet area. Exceptional quality of life. We are very happy there!

    This area is nice but far away from stores and such. Charming atmosphere though for someone who loves the woods
