(May 27, 2022, 4:02 pm)Customer service is excellent! Nothing to say. We were pleasantly surprised by the kindness, professionalism and speed of the estimate, until the end of the work. In addition when we asked for our quote, we asked for several since we were very interested in iron fences, but we had a very limited budget. Clôtures Des Monts really looked for several designs and mixes and we gave us several quotes. Each estimate (about four) was thought out with savings, particularities and the needs we had. In the end, we found the best for us, with a mix of iron fencing and chain link fencing, all at a price that was very close to what we could afford. We couldn't ask for better at this level.
The installation was done quickly and cleanly. The employees, both in customer service and the technicians who came, were all very courteous and professional.
