(March 28, 2021, 11:43 pm)I am in the process of buying my first property, and it is still quite stressful. Claude knew how to put me at ease; he really knows what he's doing and knows where to look! It really says all the work that needs to be done and the changes that need to be made. The inspection report is complete and ready very quickly. I even took some elements of it to put them in the rules for tenants! Thanks to Claude, I can't wait to take possession of my duplex!

(February 11, 2021, 4:14 am)Having all the same a relatively vast experience in residential and rental buildings, I did not expect to learn more about the inspected building that we wanted to acquire. But think again! Mr. Couture not only has a Lynx eye to see all these little details that escape ordinary people but also the passion to pass on his extensive knowledge to you verbally during the inspection and in writing, in a complete, legible and tailored to your needs. Claude also uses several additional technological tools during the visit (thermographic camera, electrical outlet checker, etc.) which give added value to the inspection and the report. He is systematic, conscientious and leaves nothing to chance (he searches everywhere!). The report and the courteous conversations that followed allowed us to address critical points in the sale and to close the file with confidence and determination. I highly recommend this inspector ... it is simply the best!
