For kitchen counters made in Quebec
Very happy to go visit the showroom posted on the website to shop for a counter for our new kitchen, we were turned around quite sharply because they do not sell to individuals. We are a long way from “dedicated customer service”. Indicate it on your web page if you do not want to see a new customer. Everyone will be even happier.
It is practically impossible to have an experience with this merchant since the opening time slots do not offer the opportunity to get there when we work the day week. Closed ALL evenings and weekends! We cannot come to the business outside of opening hours, they only offer someone to come home for a fee! However, after expressing my dissatisfaction by email, I received a response from the Vice President offering satisfactory alternatives!
