  Well designed indoor water park with all type of water fun. Enjoyed a lot! Combined with other activities such as tubing or ice hotel tour, the price is very reasonable and worthy!

  The actual parc is 5 stars, but service and amenities are not.
  
  We visited the park 6 times during winter, 3 times as resident of the hotel and 3 times as visitors. I have waited to write this reviews as I wanted to give time to the management team to create the experience they had envisioned for us.
  
  Walking in during winter, they have cost check that is efficient and free and the people there know how to operate smoothly.
  
  Next the ticket counter, the slowest ticket counter in the history of mankind; even if their are only 2 families in line a head of you, you can still expect to wait 10-15 minutes. You can buy your tickets on-line, but if you need to rent a locker... Their is no way around waiting in line there. This was trouble the first winter and I thought it was simply the team learning the ropes, but now it is what it is.
  
  Once you have your locker key, you can leave your boots in an area where shelves have been installed for that purpose; It is self service and convenient. But on the way out, if you are thinking you will walk there, sit down, dry your feet and then put on your Sox and boots... You will realize that their are no places to sit; note to management, this would be a great improvement.
  
  Inside, the place is great and the while family loved the attractions.
  
  Once you are ready to have lunch, then you are again remembered that you are not at Disney and that the fast service as part of fast food is not important to the operators of the restaurant. The food was what you would expect from a cafeteria style fast food. On the price side, it is on the expensive side for fast food, but if you order smartly for a family of five, you can manage to make reasonable price wise.
  
  I will go again, but sadly I have given up seeing the service improved

  Great selection of food and great winter rides. Very good family atmosphere and you can being a packed lunch as well to enjoy outside.

  We had an issue with changing tickets due to snowstorm, but in the end they did change the date on the tickets. So we were able to go. It was pretty good experience. BRING YOUR OWN TOWEL. We didn't realize we had to bring our own towel, so we ended up buying towels from them for $10/towel. That needs to be specified somewhere on the ticket or website clearly. Other water parks we've been to provided free towels.
  
  One thing I would like to see changed is the temperature of the water in the shallow section for the kids, it was a tad bit cold and my daughter cried. The main pool area seemed to be a bit warmer than the darker kids section.
  
  The other thing that we weren't happy about, we couldn't go on the lazy river with our 16 month old. Kids have to be 3 years and up to go with parents. I understand safety, but if Disney water parks allow little kids (our daughter was 6 months) on the lazy river with parents I don't see why they can't. Life jacket, parent holding the baby, and everything will be fine.

  Great indoor aquatic park. The kids and I had a fantastic time and enjoyed the many slides, wave pool and "lazy" river. Nice hot tub too to relax a little.
