After having received 2 extractions in the last 48 hours and there is infection, pain and swelling, I call my clinic for an emergency appointment and this during the standard opening hours of Friday at 8AM and have replied that no dentist is working today and to try to call another dentist since it is an emergency, otherwise it would go to Monday.
I received this extraction by a dental surgeon from the same place, so it would be normal to get an appointment by the same dentist since he is the one who knows my situation and recommended me to go see someone else !! ??

The staff attentive to your concerns and the expertise and tact I benefited from under the care of Dr. Giroux; it is truly exceptional.
I was followed for several years in orthodontics at the Giroux-Normandeau clinic and I have always been amazed by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. I felt reassured in this warm clinic and for life I will be grateful for the exceptional work they have done on my smile! Today I continue to descend from Montreal to come and do my dental cleaning here. Congratulations to the whole team !
