  Breakfast, location, accommodation and staff great. Everybody very helpful. Will be an even better facility when windowed day room overlooking river is completed.

  Very cozy hotel, it is right beside the river, close to the falls and old quebec city, friendly staff. The price is really reasonable.

  The owner is very hospitable and welcoming. We booked 2 Queen Large (2) rooms and the rooms were very spacious, and very clean (our room had carpet and it was very clean).
  + Beds were ok/comfortable.
  + Bathroom was spacious and clean.
  + A/C worked perfectly and silently.
  + Wireless internet was very high speed.
  + Has very nice backyard (with a gazebo) , if you want to relax and enjoy the river view in the evening.
  
  After arriving at Quebec city around 1pm (from Montreal), and before gong for Montmorency Falls we stopped at the hotel (very close to the falls) to see if we could early check-in (at least 1 of 2 rooms, for 2 families) so we could unload our cars.
  Both room were ready for check-in at 1pm, and so we were able to freshen up after 3 hours drive from Montreal.
  The person checked us in even hold the door when we are coming in with large cooler and bags (Thank You). Our 2 rooms were given face to face, without even asking.
  Saw one of the cleaning lady was bear foot (relaxed), so you can imagine how clean the rooms and hallway floors are :-)
  Excellent value for our1 night stay. Will definitely stay here during our next Quebec city visit.
  
  We liked everything in this hotel, except the continental breakfast.
  If some boiled egg or scrambled egg could be added - that will just perfect breakfast.
  I highly suggest the owner of this hotel to invest in a scramble egg machine and add some protein to the breakfast.
  However, breakfast area & table were quickly clean for new guests and juice and everything else was quickly refilled (did not have to ask).

  My 11 years old son selected this hotel as he knows that I like waterfalls. The falls are less than 5 minutes away and they are spectacular. The hotel is located on the highway with subway, Tim hortons and gas station nearby...just two minutes walking. There is a great view at the back of the hotel. Rooms are clean, quiet and spacious. Bed and beddings are comfy. Shower is great with the portable handle. Breakfast is average like other hotels. I also like the desk chair...very comfy. Above all, the service was friendly and talked to me in English as I do not know French. She had two happy helpers - girls same age as my two boys. I will definitely drop again when I am near Quebec City.
