At the end of the massage session, I immediately felt the benefits in my back and neck, in addition to feeling deep relaxation. The exercises to do at home that she suggested to me help me to maintain the benefits of the treatment! I will definitely make an appointment to repeat the experience. Thank you Katherine!!

She was able to listen carefully to my needs and my concerns to offer me an adapted massage that greatly helped me relieve my forearm and neck pain.
