The owner took the time to show me what suited my needs, I tried them for a long time. Super after-sales service if the chair does not suit me after trying it at home, I can return it for an exchange without any problem. The prices are also excellent the cheapest I have seen for this quality. I recommend without hesitation ☺️

First, the advisory service approach during our initial visit to the warehouse gave us immediate confidence, but the most important thing is their after-sales service which is simply extraordinary, concerned about the customer experience.
What I notice is that they are people of their word (the chops follow the boots) and who work hard to satisfy the clientele and they are more enthusiastic than the average because they make the difference, which is rather rare in These days.
Here is the story, we acquired desks and accessories on a Saturday last June, including an electric work table. We checked if the electrical connection was working at the warehouse. After choosing our equipment, they offer us same-day delivery given the order but also their availability to satisfy us, having understood the importance of starting our telework the following Monday, we are still 1 hrs away. from the warehouse.
When receiving all the materials at home, I plug in my table and find that the electrical adapter is faulty and that it is impossible to use the table properly because it only works with one shutter, I find a possible adapter to make it work, luckily it works but there is a slight problem when I was making it work down, I mention it all to him and get back to me without waiting.
From that moment Joé puts himself in solution mode offering several alternatives, there I understood who I was dealing with, which is rather rare.
Out of patience and understanding on all sides, 3 months later not having been able to get the manufacturer's solution, he simply changed my work table to a larger and more sophisticated model. If you are not satisfied with their work, you are simply malicious and in bad faith.
