(April 19, 2023, 9:42 pm)I have had two Circus concepts ropes and they've been great albeit both had a frayed spot upon arrival. The first was good for couple of years (used 2-5hrs a week), the second is yet quite new and ok. I recommended this to a friend but his ropes sleeve ripped from the top (point of contact to the rigging point on top) after a few months, so that was a bummer. Circus concepts offered to mend it but would not cover postage.
Other than the frayed spots and the ripping, I do like the grip and texture of their ropes. -

(January 18, 2023, 3:36 pm)Canadian manufacturer, great customer service and communication. Bought a hoop and accessories and the hoop is gorgeous. The staff were very communicative about delivery timeline and availability for pickup. The circus artist that I love is very happy to have his own high-quality piece of equipment that he can tape exactly how he wants, train on, and use for performances and auditions.

It was not the exact item i was looking for but they helped me find something that would do the same job and was as close as possible to the one i was looking for. After taking the time to help decide on the product they took the time to help me with all the other steps questions about duty, taxes and any other fees. The time they spent chatting with me and the information they gave me was amazing. Great customer service, met with a polite and professional attitude really stood out when i was dealing with the representative. Thank you for such great support CircusConcepts
