(May 26, 2023, 12:38 am)My 6 year old son was afraid last year to go to the dentist. After this week's appointment he is already looking forward to his next appointment. He was very comfortable with the good humor of the hygienist and the dentist. Especially to discover the treasure chest.

(February 27, 2023, 10:57 pm)I was in a bit of a bind because my son was running out of rubber bands for his braces and my orthodontist was closed for spring break.
Lapointe Dental Center in Sherbrooke advised and helped me as best they could while being sure not to interfere and harm my orthodontist's treatment.
All that to tell me to contact my clinic again because they were sure that my clinic had someone to respond to emergencies. They were right, someone was there to answer me even though it was closed for treatments.
I am not a client of the Lapointe dental center but I give them 100% for customer service! -
