He detected an anomaly in the assembly of the chimney and rectified the potentially dangerous situation. He also inspected the stove and assessed the remaining life, then gave advice on the type of stove to be expected in the next few years (brand, model, quality and size). 100% certain that I will be doing business with them again for years to come.

Very honest, he confirms that even after 5 years without sweeping, our chimneys are completely clean so no need to sweep. During the safety inspection of our equipment, Marc noticed that our stove, over 4 decades old, had reached its end of life when a crack was visible. No stove in stock anywhere and no delivery and installation service for at least 2-3 months. Reliable and friendly, Marc advised us and then provided us with a wood stove without delay through his extensive network of suppliers and showed up as promised at the exact time and date as agreed, at the price as presented. on submission. All this before Christmas!!!
I highly recommend their services for their quality, reliability and honesty.
PS. In very high demand for their services and in operation with a very small team, customer messages are returned in the evening so you just have to be patient for the return call and coordination of the appointment.
