(October 4, 2022, 3:52 pm)I really appreciated Helene and she was able to take me on as a patient as soon as I reached out. I was having some pretty horrible digestive issues and my doctor could not see me for months, and later, did not really take my complaints seriously.
Helen provided some very good guidance and clear instructions on how to improve my symptoms. She really took the time to listen. I would recommend Helene's services to any one who needs to make major dietary changes, but isn't quite sure how to start. -

I changed contraception thanks to her (without hormones), I improved my diet and my quality of life in general. She takes the time to understand your symptoms to find the cause. A report of what was discussed after each session was also very valuable. I recommend!
