A few years ago, I had the good fortune to do my sentinel training at your center. I sincerely loved this training and since then, I have had to put certain things into practice, both personally and professionally.

In the last few days, I had to intervene with a person who had dark thoughts and who clearly needed help. With no response to my texts or calls, I was very worried. So I went to your site and dialed the number associated with relatives of suicidal people. I wanted to have advice, to know what would be best to do in the context that I was living. The agent who answered me had a very reassuring tone. All through the call, she just told me everything
what she couldn't do for me rather than being understanding, attentive and in solution mode. She talks to me in a rather arrogant tone, saying "I don't know what your expectations are, but it's going to be difficult to help you." I am struck by his approach, which in my eyes is the complete opposite of what is required in a suicide prevention centre.
