I was surprised that they recognized that the part I had to change was under warranty and that they took care of everything. I only had to pay the shipping costs. I had ordered the same part from another hardware store a few minutes earlier and it was going to cost me a lot of $$$ more to have a week of waiting. I'm glad I went to see them.

The owner then took the time to call us and settle the dispute with us so that everyone found their account. The quality of their customer service is exceptional.
