His expertise and kindness helped me find ways to improve my health without medication or surgery, simply by better understanding what I have and how to reintroduce the right foods at the right time. Her advice is clear and illustrated, she offers meal ideas, adapts to diets and particularities. I really like the report after each consultation to have a summary of the advice. Whether it's for a sports diet or to improve deficiencies in certain intakes, Catherine is definitely my Go To person ☺️ Thank you again!
