(August 7, 2022, 1:00 am)I've said it before and I'll say it again, Rachel is amazing! I've now gotten 8 tattoos from her shop and I am more than satisfied every time. She is more than delicate, her art work is beautiful and she is just an absolute gem. Definitely worth every penny.
