(April 2, 2023, 8:49 pm)The place to be in the eastern townships this year! Hyper local fresh food concept with a continuously evolving menu. Very friendly staff and attention to detail. There’s a sofa area for relaxing, a wine bar and a Growers&co store with some local take home food.

The friendly and knowledgeable staff really made us feel welcome and elevated the experience. The atmosphere of the restaurant is warm and inviting - you can really see the passion and creativity that have gone into this whole experience. We will be back!!

(March 13, 2023, 3:44 pm)We had a wonderful experience! The space is warm, cozy and comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The food was delicious, like an elevated comfort meal. Love the fact that everything is local! We didn't feel rushed and felt like staff were checking in on us. The only that was slightly confusing was it wasn't obvious where to park and that we were in the right spot.

(February 26, 2023, 3:55 am)A superb evening at the Old Mill space, the atmosphere of the restaurant reflects the rhythm of life of the relaxed and festive locals. The concept is perfect! Take advantage of local producers and their very high quality products. In addition it is excellent, well seasoned and tasty. The pie shared with my spouse garnished with a marrow bone was perfectly tasty, the attention to detail that makes me think of Joe Beef for the search for simple dishes but brought to another level by a chef who is inspired. We have the impression of not only eating in a great restaurant but also of collaborating on something bigger... to help our market gardening neighbors... and other producers who work hard in the surrounding villages.

Extremely warm, smiling, friendly welcome.
Simplicity but authenticity of the layout and decor.
The kitchen is simple, designed to highlight the vegetables, that's the concept and it's pretty well done. The drinks offered are very correct and often perfectly matched with the dishes.
Small downside: raw or undercooked meat or offal is trendy, but it's not for everyone! Perhaps it would be better to ask before ordering if a little more cooking is desired.
The desserts were excellent, simple but well made.
If the team and the chef remain attentive to the first customers and take feedback into account... there is no doubt that this table will be a benchmark!

We will come back to taste the spring vegetables and enjoy the terrace, for sure!
