In the past, we were provided with a form for the return by mail. I found on the site that it now had to be printed. So for the purchase online, in store or for a return of goods everything is OK.

Not really anyone to greet you when you arrive, and looking at them they don't really make you want to go ask them questions. They give more the impression that we are going to disturb them in what they are doing. In short, it's not like it was a few years ago when the saleswomen were more attentive to the customer.
