It's like they are two separate entities that don't talk to each other. We purchased a sink, waited 35 minutes in my car in line to get to the back to get it. Got there and waited another 15 minutes for him to tell me they didn't have it and another 10 to reimburse us where the guy punched in the reason for return as it didn't work instead of a lack of inventory.
And when we wanted to complain so that this wouldn't happen again, we were told we would have to do that back at the main store. Yeah, right. Good Job Management! -

(April 4, 2022, 4:13 pm)Good hardware store. Much more focused on the home renovator than Canadian tire. Typically has better prices than the competition. Their propane refill price makes the swappable tanks at you local store an absolute joke. The price has gone up of course, but still well worth it. My go to reno store and I'm over 20Km away!
