Through her generosity, her great sensitivity and her gentle relationship, she allowed me to find my own inner resources to continue my journey and my life journey. I know that at each of our meetings, I can lay down gently, always feeling heard with empathy and kindness. She led me to discover my wounds and it allowed me to put words on my fears, my emotions and my limiting thoughts, by recognizing these, I welcome what is much better. I feel more confident, I have the impression of understanding myself better, of understanding my reactions better, of being better equipped to flourish and to be able to have more nourishing/satisfying relationships.
