Mr. Létourneau's response was quick and impeccable. He came, produced a noteworthy report, and was able to testify as an expert witness in my case. The judge recognized her work and I won my case. Really good work and money well spent. THANKS!

He very clearly explained the different aspects of the house to us throughout the inspection and answered all our questions. The inspection report is very complete and Mr. Létourneau continues to answer our questions.

I wanted to have an experienced person with a good track record, because I am a demanding person. I was able to see that Mr. Létourneau is a man who is very respectful of people and other people's property. It is structured in its working method. He has an eye for detail like I have rarely seen. Throughout the inspection, he gave me advice that went beyond his mandate as an inspector. His report was very comprehensive and was written down to the smallest detail. Even a few days after the inspection, he took his time to answer the various questions I had. I strongly recommend Mr. Létourneau for your future pre-purchase inspection.
