Afterwards difficulties in reaching her, the plan did not meet our needs, many changes to make and did not seem to understand our expectations. Mention three times of discount dates that are not respected and postponed. Frequent errors on the plans. We realized that it was not she who was carrying out our plan so we said to ourselves the "phone game" so we decided to write in an email our needs. It was not better! Luckily we had experience in technical drawing! We have a final plan which still contains banal errors. Correct experience no more.
