(July 16, 2019, 4:13 pm)This is one of the best libraries I have ever visited. It reminds me of the architecture commonly seen in the Nordic countries. This building is not like the typical Quebec architecture. It has two stories and lots of books and even computer services. There is a small caffé downstairs near the reception, but I have not tried it. There are good spaces for doing computer work and spaces with comfortable seats to read or see the view. Outside there is a public piano. It is right next to the main bus terminal in town. I really love coming here to escape the heat or for a simple change of pace. It fills me with a good energy and as it reminds me of Iceland, my favourite country, I can imagine a mini escape without having to pay for a plane ticket.
