(November 21, 2019, 4:27 am)We have visited Louis a few times when we are in Drummondville. The poutine sauce is good and the cheese is delicious. Too bad the french fries are usually frozen fries. The roast chicken is also very good. On the other hand, the service is to be desired. At all our visits, we feel like the first customers of the cashier of the moment. Even with simple controls, employees always seem lost. A little more training or supervision would surely solve the situation. Families with young children will love the play modules upstairs.
