Welcomed in a place located in the forest where all the essential services were offered to us, there were 11 of us who had interrupted our usual activities to come and seek quality support from a quality trainer: Patrick Auger. An excellent communicator, he shared his knowledge with us with enthusiasm and generosity. A great enrichment for anyone wishing to acquire better endurance during their hikes, whatever the size! Congratulations to the whole team!

Patrick's competence, dynamism and availability accentuate our desire to acquire the basics of this walk. I left there with the desire to seek a personal challenge to achieve self-fulfillment.

Interesting, good popularizer, it arouses the desire to continue thereafter. Learn to breathe while respecting your walking pace to conserve your energy, what a wonderful idea.
