I do not question the intrinsic quality of the establishment's services. I sent them an urgent request, they answered me promptly and adequately... all accompanied by (salty) fees which, unfortunately, were never communicated to me at the very beginning of the process.
My advice ? Ask for fees first. This way you will avoid a lot of problems.
