  Campus lodging, bare minimum rooms, not expensive, choice of a few full equip rooms(including bath, shower bathroom, double bed) If you are on a budget then the regular student rooms are your option.Small single bed, sink, work table and dresser.Commybal washroom and showers. Place is clean.Meal option are non existent if you are not there for a meeting or small reunion I need these cases, the college caters and banquet services are avàilable.Sevrral types of rooms are available for meetings, You are located at a. Fare distance of Quebec city,(15 min drive. Min) on an isolated campus close to the river and a lake.A car is needed to access the complex.Pkebty of parking available

  Keep your expectations low, rooms have nothing but uncomfortable beds. Price is very reasonable.

  Very nice price vs quality. The residence is a bit far from the center of Quebec city but the room was as expected for a regular hotel: the bed was comfortable and the room had everything needed. The staff was very nice. I recommend it if you have a car ????

  I struggled some on the star rating as I knew what I was getting as far as beds go. This is a great place to sleep, mind you if you are a bigger person like me a twin bed is not all that comfortable. The pool hours are restrictive, opening late and closing at 730pm, makes it useless for many. Very basic room, no desk but has a small table. Limited plugs, no heat controls but windows do open. My room was clean. The toilet is extreamly loud when flushing. I think i would stay at the other university before I would stay here again as it is in my opinion a better choice and breakfast is included unlike here.
