The VERY enthusiastic shareholders of Amec Usinage have successfully made the transition, from a company centered on an entrepreneur, to a "managerial" mode of management based on a whole team with booming potential.
They have deployed a model of "efficient management of human resources" by exploiting the full potential of each individual thanks to the best of leadership, efficiency of working methods and coaching for remarkable results for all stakeholders.
And let us not forget the lucidity and the sense of community which they showed during the pandemic and which strengthened the links between the actors of the field.
